The Water-Oak Athletic Club is hosting a 5 week fundamental skills series this winter (December 6, 13 and 20, January 3, and 10) from 6pm - 7pm at the clubs indoor training center located in the Old Pin Shop.  Each week the series will focus on a fundamental skill such as bunting, base running, pitching, hitting and fielding.  The series will be instructed by Tim Angiolini and Rob Graziano.

Angiolini was a First Team All Southeastern Conference player at the University of South Carolina.  Tim brings a wealth of knowledge from playing Division 1 college baseball.  Mr. Angiolini was also inducted into his junior college Hall of Fame when he was at Mendocino Junior College in California.

Rob Graziano is the Pitching coach for Watertown High School.  He pitched for Division 1 University of Massachusetts.

The Series is open to young players ages 8-12.  The cost per session is only $5 or $20 for the entire series if you are a member of a Watertown baseball program.  $10 per session or $40 per session if you are from another program.  This program is open to the first 20 players to register.  You can register by contacting program director Tim Angeolini at Tim@insurewithtim.com or by calling 203-598-9031.

In 2011 WOAC opened an indoor baseball training facility for its athletes.  The facility provides our players the opportunity to continue to improve their baseball skills during the cold winter months.  The facility includes hitting cages equipped with jugs pitching machines, 2 full pitching tunnels with mounds, multiple soft toss stations and an area to work on infield drills.  The facility is open to all of our players and is available year round.

Parking at the pinshop is in the North parking lot across from the church.  Enter through the door that is located toward the back of the building.  Take the stairs to the 3rd floor.
